Delivery and return

Deliveries and returns of all our items are free in mainland France.

Return requests must be sent to contact@nova-trend.com within a maximum of 30 days after purchase. The item will then be
exchanged or refunded upon receipt of the proof of deposit of the
carrier and the undamaged item to our warehouse.

Maintenance tips

Carpet

We recommend that you vacuum your carpet gently, about once a week.

Clean stains immediately by sponging with a clean, dry white cloth – do not rub. A small amount of fiber shedding is normal on new carpet.

Paintings

Our paintings are protected against UV rays. To dust from time to time.
