Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the website www.nova-trend.com between NOVATREND and any customer making a purchase for personal purposes.

All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are those displayed on the website, subject to availability.
The descriptions specify the essential characteristics in accordance with Article L111-1 of the Consumer Code.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) including VAT.
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
NOVATREND reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the applicable price being the one displayed at the time of the order.

For any order delivered in Europe with an amount ≥ €1 including VAT, delivery and return costs are free.

Article 4 – Order

The order is final after payment confirmation.
NOVATREND reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately.
Transactions are secure (SSL / 3D Secure).
NOVATREND does not store any banking data.

Article 6 – Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
The delivery times are indicative.
In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may request termination of the contract and a full refund.

Furniture weighing over 30 kg is delivered to the foot of the building or to the entrance of the home.

The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any reservations must be made within 3 days to the carrier or to contact@nova-trend.com

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Requests should be sent to: contact@nova-trend.com. A return label will be sent within 2 to 4 days.

The product must be returned in perfect condition.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the product or proof of deposit of the item at the carrier relay point.

Return shipping is free in Europe.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

The products benefit from:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code)
• Regarding the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

In case of a defect, the customer can request repair, replacement or refund.

Article 9 – Liability

NOVATREND is bound by an obligation of means.
Its liability cannot be invoked in the event of force majeure or misuse of the product.

Article 10 – Mediation

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute.

Article 11 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Paris.
