Maintenance tips:

We recommend vacuuming the underside of the mat using a rotating brush, which pushes out the dirt trapped inside the loops, then turning the mat over and brushing the dirt away. In the event of a spill, clean the rug immediately with a clean, dry white cloth - do not rub as this may damage the fibers. TREY jute rugs are suitable for any interior.

Return requests must be sent to contact@nova-trend.com within a maximum of 30 days after purchase. The item will then be
exchanged or refunded upon receipt of the proof of deposit of the
carrier and the undamaged item to our warehouse.

Carpet

We recommend that you vacuum your carpet gently, about once a week.

Clean stains immediately by sponging with a clean, dry white cloth – do not rub. A small amount of fiber shedding is normal on new carpet.
